Swiss Invest Lima wasn't born from a marketing concept dreamed up in an office, but from a very real situation: a strong personal connection between two countries, and the conviction that there is genuine room for serious, human and transparent guidance between European investors and the Peruvian property market.

Our story

A story that begins with a connection, not a business plan

It all starts with a very concrete double reality. On one hand, a life built in Switzerland, but deeply connected to Peru through my partner, who was born and raised in Lima. Her knowledge of the city wasn't built up through visits, but through a lifetime spent there, at the heart of its neighbourhoods, its culture and its everyday life. On the other hand, that same partner founded and now runs Havenbnb Peru day after day, a company specialised in welcoming travellers and managing rental properties.

From this double reality — my background in Switzerland, where I trained in portfolio management and investment analysis, and my partner's expertise as a Lima-born real estate agent and on-the-ground entrepreneur — came a simple idea: to build a serious, transparent and human bridge between these two worlds. A bridge designed not to impress, but to genuinely reassure and guide, in practical terms, those who want to invest in Lima without having the time, the contacts or the bearings to do it alone.

That is how Swiss Invest Lima came to be: a human-scale structure, driven by a team that understands both the expectations of a discerning European clientele and the realities of the Peruvian market, never losing sight of the fact that a property investment remains, above all, a life project.

Based in Geneva, rooted in Lima

This dual location is not a marketing argument: it's the very condition of the way we work. Being present in Switzerland lets us intimately understand the expectations, standards and legitimate concerns of a European clientele investing remotely. Being rooted in Lima lets us turn that understanding into concrete action: viewings, negotiations, monitoring renovation work, rental management, carried out by people who know the city from the inside.
