A property published here is genuinely available, at a verified price. We withdraw a listing as soon as it no longer reflects the reality of the market.

Visit & in-depth analysis

An on-site visit (accompanied, or via live video call if you cannot travel), followed by a detailed analysis of the property's potential.

CHF 490, deductible if you go on to purchase

Support through to signing, and beyond

Negotiation, notarial procedures, introductions to our trusted local network, then handover to Havenbnb Peru if you wish to put it up for rent.

Buyer support fee: 3% of the purchase price, payable only if the purchase goes through (minimum CHF 4,500)
