Swiss Invest Lima was born from a strong personal connection to Peru and a simple conviction: Lima's real estate market holds genuine opportunities, but it remains hard to grasp from Europe without serious guidance and authentic local roots.

Our founder, based in Switzerland, built up an intimate knowledge of the city and its market over the course of many stays, while his partner built Havenbnb Peru on the ground, dedicated to rental management and welcoming travellers. From this complementarity came a clear idea: bring together Swiss trust, Peruvian opportunities and genuine local execution, with a family-run, entrepreneurial spirit, far from large, impersonal structures.
